The harsh reality is, the Shenmue III KickStarter was in 2015 and Shenmue III itself was released in 2019.
A lot of time has passed since and we are now in 2026, a whole ELEVEN years on from the KickStarter.
And let's all ask ourselves, how much have things progressed since?

This series needs to be completed, but it needs to be done right.

Anyone who knows their stuff regarding video games, knows that Yu Suzuki is a pioneer and a real legend, who deserves more than this situation.

Shenmue has one of the top tier fanbase s, even just purely on a dedication level.
Having seen many false dawns through the years, we are yet again at a major crossroads with the franchise.

I would like to think @SEGA @SEGA_OFFICIAL can prove fans like myself wrong and actually do right by this franchise.
But sadly, I'm sure I'm not alone, in that my faith in them is rapidly disappearing by the day...
Prove us wrong SEGA.

@Nin10Nostalgia Yes. I always say I wish they would release more physical games and throw those GKC´s out. I try to buy almost all physicals I can get my hands on for switch 2.
