This is beyond pathetic…

In a desperate attempt to gaslight the American people into thinking Donald Trump’s big event was more successful than it actually was, Fox News showed footage of people sitting with the caption STATE FAIR SURPRISE.

But a cursory examination makes it immediately clear that this is NOT Trump’s 250th anniversary fair – this is a FIFA World Cup fan zone held elsewhere in Washington, D.C.

It says so right on top of the screen.

We can’t say we’re surprised, but this is really a new low for Fox News. Anything to help protect poor Donnie’s widdle ego, right?

Once again Trump failed.

His Great American State Fair was not ready for business but he opened it anyway.

Small crowds were kept waiting for the opening because of power outages and construction was still going on,

You could buy the Original Liberty Sandwich (peanut butter and marshmallow creme for $13) and everything from corn dogs to fried yucca, but, power outages continued causing shutdowns and melting ice cream.

The Ferris wheel worked only when a faulty generator had power.

The highlight was a blonde calf named Melania, named after the First "Lady" sent from West VA for the event.

As always #ETTD and Fox News lies.
