The Senate Finance Committee’s budget reconciliation bill text further restores our Second Amendment freedoms.

In addition to suppressors, the Senate’s version eliminates the taxation and registration for SBRs, SBSs, and AOWs.

@DavidKustoff We are not going to settle for a neutered version of H.R. 404 Aka the "shush act". Nothing less than full and complete deregulation of suppressors is acceptable. Also y'all absolutely fumbled the short act and that's already a HUGE LOSS. Fix this now.

@WaysandMeansGOP I am paying close attention to the bills related to the deregulation of SBR's and suppressors. I expect these passed out of committee with full unanimous GOP support. We voted red for these types of changes. Pass them both. Make them both law. Remove the taxes.

@gunpolicy @Guns_Gadgets Seeing y'all go after MA gun laws warms my heart. Far too many free people had to pull up their roots and leave to get their rights. Even more are in jeopardy whenever they travel through MA from other states.
