Plenty of us who aren’t boomers dealt with high rents, student debt, job markets that weren’t handing out pensions, and parents who didn’t leave us houses. Some of us still managed to buy or build assets by moving to cheaper markets, keeping lifestyle inflation in check for a decade, stacking skills that paid, and not treating every setback as proof the previous generation stole the future. Structural headwinds on housing and retirement are real. Treating them as a complete excuse for your current balance sheet usually isn’t.

It's honestly confusing.

Iran was set up to have about $100 billion in assets unfrozen. In addition, they were going to get $300 billion in investments from their Arab neighbors.
