This is our beautiful son Jack. During lockdown he was living alone 80 miles away. He lost his job, a month later he split from his girlfriend. He could not see his friends. The help he was getting was not enough. He took his own life yesterday. We loved him so much. 25 years old

My day today: it has gone into full lockdown because of corona. Got tested yesterday and awaiting results but no symptoms. Keeping my focus on education at the moment and happy the Arsenal bought a new player. Things are looking up for them....😃

My day today: Got supplied a Prison mask made from a prison issued T-shirt. Did some training, reading and Mathematics to keep occupied. The book i've been reading is 'Becoming Supernatural' by author Joe Dispenza. This book is fantastic (3rd time reading it). 😃

Hi everyone, hope you and you're loved ones are well and ok. Today it has been mentioned on BBC news that there is 53 confirmed cases of Covid 19 in the jail i currently reside. I'm quite worried because i have Asthma and hoping to receive a mask soon. 🙄

My day today: got up this morning and done sone running on the exercise yard; locked back up after my 40 minutes is up; watched TV; 'Escape to the country', 'Escape to the Chateau' and hardcore PAWN (not PORN)😄. Pretty boring day - here from me tomorrow.
