Is there a swift and immediate consequence that is enough of a deterrent to not only correct the behavior in the moment, but also cause the child to self-correct the behavior in the future?

@aphrosociety World cup is only every 4 years. Most of our country is going to forget this sport exists in that time. You would need to go out of your way to watch the Spanish national team compete in any fixtures between now and then. They shan't offend your eyes anymore. 😄

@aphrosociety The games are very dull, but it's still proof that defense wins championships. They completely neutered some of the best attacking sides in the game. It's ugly but it works.

@aphrosociety Spain play a suffocating style of football. They don't have any exceptional offensive firepower, but their defense and possession of the ball allow minimal attacking opportunities by an opponent. The end result is watching something akin to a boa constrictor consuming prey.
