We are deeply alarmed that Dr. Djalali has been moved from Evin Prison without any information on his current location or condition.

His family remains in the dark, and his death sentence for alleged espionage for Israel puts him in immediate mortal danger.

We are equally concerned for the wellbeing of all prisoners held in Evin Prison, especially in light of recent events.

As regional tensions grow, Tehran has intensified its use of political executions as a tool of intimidation and retaliation.

These actions go well beyond repression—they are a calculated response to shifting geopolitical realities.

With Dr. Djalali at imminent risk and others executed as recently as the last few days, Iran is weaponizing the death penalty.

Urgent action from the international community is needed now more than ever to ensure the safety of all those trapped in Evin prison, and to demand their immediate release.

If the German government or the USA think that the regime's new and outrageous claims absolves them of responsibility, I can assure you that the opposite is the case.

After all these years of failing policies, shirking responsibility and gross negligence to respond to the kidnapping and torture of a German-American hostage , #JimmySharmahd, Germany and the US must now fulfill their duty, find my father, and return him to Germany and then the US and launch investigations.

Our lawsuit against the regime officials for CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY that I filed with the @ECCHRBerlin last year has still not begun proper investigation.
WHAT are they waiting for?

My father was kidnapped, tortured, isolated and robbed off all his basic rights for 4 long years, ANY CAUSE of death under these circumstances is premeditated murder and a declaration of war against all of Europe and American and must be the basis of the complete end of all relationships between the West and terrorizing entities.

Last week the Regime in #Iran spoke of the “execution” of German-American hostage #JimmySharmahd, this week after facing the global outrage, the worldwide coverage, expert interviews, continuous rallies, and rage-fueled demands of the international community, as well as Germany’s closure of all consulates, and the fear of the outcome of the US elections they cowardly refute their own reports to cover up their crimes by framing it as a “stroke”.

This is the ultimate evidence to the world that NOTHING the terrorist regime EVER says can or should be trusted by ANYONE!!!

We still need proof of life or death and clarity of all circumstances! This is why we demand Independant investigation by Germany and the US into the kidnapping, torture and claimed murder of Jimmy.

Any entity that has ever believed a word of the regime or repeated the slanderous baseless accusations and outrageous claims has been COMPLICIT in their propaganda and crimes.

-Mahsa Jina Amini was murdered, she didn’t die of preexisting conditions.
- Freedom fighters are heroes, the regime are the terrorists and criminals.
-Protestors are not agents of foreign powers but the true patriots that will end the regime’s foreign occupation

Liebe @HNeumannMEP wer genau hat in den letzten 45 Jahren gefordert dass mit Terroristen und Dschihadisten diplomatisch umgegangen wird? Wie können wir verlangen dass die #IRGC als Terroristen gelistet werden und im selben Atemzug von diplomatischen Beziehungen mit diesen Terroristen sprechen?

Was sollen “Diplomatische Beziehungen, konsularische Betreuung, hochrangige Gespräche” bei einem Terror Regime erreichen? Seit 4 Jahren schreien die Deutschen Geisel Familien, und seit 45 Jahren alle Iraner, dass dies eine Terror Besatzung des Iran’s ist, nicht eine Regierung mit der man Geschäfte macht und diplomatisch Beziehungen führt.

Das islamische Regime, die Taliban, der IS, Al Qaeda, Hamas, Hezbollah und wie sie alle heißen sind keine Diplomaten. Wenn Politiker nach der Entführung, Folter und anscheinender Ermordung eines deutschen Staatsbürgers immer noch nicht verstehen dass dies nicht die Taten eines Staates sind sondern einer Terror Organisation was genau muss noch geschehen?

Ich bin Krankenschwester von Beruf. Wenn mein Patient einen Herzinfarkt hat biete ich ihm nicht ein Pflaster an und sage dann ich hätte alle Mittel die in meinem Erste-Hilfe-Kästchen waren benutzt wenn er krepiert. Dann hab ich versagt weil ich nicht in der Lage war zwischen einem Kratzer und einer Herz Attacke zu unterscheiden.

Jimmy #JamshidSharmahd brauchte sofortige Wiederbelebung, #NahidTaghavi einen Notfall Arzt, die BuReg hat uns 4 Jahre lang Pflaster gegeben und gepustet.

Nein wir haben nicht alles getan, nicht einmal ansatzweise…. Und ja wie haben mir jeder Regierung seit 1979 auf dieser Ebene versagt. Es schmerzt wenn ich sehe dass jemand der mit uns #WomanLifeFreedom gerufen hat dieses komplette Versagen und grobe Fahrlässigkeit nicht erkennen will.
