🚨The US is now less than $1.1 TRILLION away from hitting its legal debt limit.

US debt has topped $40 TRILLION, against a $41.1 TRILLION borrowing limit set last year.

Budget experts see the Treasury running out of room to borrow in the second half of 2027, per Bloomberg.

Republicans are now weighing raising the limit again before a new Congress takes over, to deny Democrats leverage if they win the midterms.

🚨HUGE: Robinhood is bringing 10x leveraged crypto trading to US retail, a product that has mostly lived on offshore exchanges.

Perpetual futures are one of crypto's most traded products, but US rules have long limited access for retail traders.

Robinhood will offer them to eligible US users through Bitstamp, with up to 10x leverage on Bitcoin and ether and 3x on other coins.

It says it chose lower leverage on smaller tokens "to start off a little safer."

🚨BREAKING: ZachXBT says alleged DPRK attackers are now shielding stolen Bitget funds through Zcash.

Around 2,700 $ZEC, worth $3.8M, has reportedly started moving into Zcash’s Ironwood.

This means the stolen ZEC is now being pushed into a shielded pool, where transaction details can be hidden and tracing becomes much harder.

Roughly 18,900 ZEC, worth $28.3M, was stolen from Bitget’s wider $388M breach across multiple assets.

Earlier, Bitget CEO Gracy Chen says she is “not very optimistic” about recovering the stolen funds.
