E 20 पेट्रोल को लेकर नई जानकारी सामने आई है. ऑटो कंपनियों की संस्था SIAM ने पेट्रोलियम मंत्रालय को चिट्ठी लिखकर कहा कि E 20 पेट्रोल में Chloride और नमी ( Moisture) की मात्रा ज़रूरत से ज़्यादा होने के कारण गाड़ियों के पुर्ज़े ख़राब हो रहे हैं. फिर ये चिट्ठी कल वापस ले ली गई. SIAM का कहना है कि इस बारे में और जाँच करने की ज़रूरत है. E 20 सवाल बने हुए हैं जिसका जवाब सरकार ठीक से नहीं दे पा रही है.

पेट्रोल में नमी या पानी नहीं मिलाया जा सकता है. पेट्रोल में जब Ethanol मिलाया जाता है तो नमी आ सकती है. पेट्रोल पंप में स्टोरेज टैंक में भी बदलाव की जरूरत है. समस्या E 20 पेट्रोल में नहीं है, इसके लागू करने में जल्दबाज़ी दिक़्क़तों का कारण बन रही है. ना तो सभी गाड़ियाँ तैयार है ना ही सारे पेट्रोल पंप.

SIAM FLAGS SERIOUS E20 FUEL QUALITY ISSUES TO GOVERNMENT

Key concerns raised by SIAM:

Chloride contamination reportedly reached 500 mg/kg, raising corrosion and component wear risks.

Moisture levels exceeded 10,000 mg/kg, far above the 3,000 mg/kg specification, increasing the risk of ethanol-water phase separation.

Automakers have reported a sharp rise in fuel injector and fuel pump replacements.

SIAM attributes the issue primarily to ageing underground fuel storage tanks and pipelines.

SIAM has reportedly urged the government to:

Make chloride limits mandatory in E20 fuel specifications.
Enforce stricter quality monitoring by oil marketing companies (OMCs) at retail fuel outlets.

"मुझे इस इंसान के साथ रहकर शांति मिल रही है या नहीं?"

यहीं से पूरी कहानी बदल गई।

हमारी पीढ़ी को बचपन से एक ही मंत्र दिया गया—

"सहो..."

"बड़े हैं, इसलिए सही हैं।"

"रिश्ता है, इसलिए निभाओ।"

"समाज क्या कहेगा?"

यानी अपनी खुशी, अपनी मानसिक शांति और अपनी पहचान... सबसे आख़िर में रखो।

हमें कभी यह नहीं सिखाया गया कि...

हर बड़ा इंसान सही नहीं होता।

हर रिश्ता पवित्र नहीं होता।

हर सलाह आपके भले के लिए नहीं होती।

और हर त्याग महान नहीं होता।

यही कारण है कि लाखों लोग पूरी ज़िंदगी ऐसे लोगों के साथ गुज़ार देते हैं...

जो रोज़ उनका आत्मसम्मान तोड़ते हैं।

फिर उसी दर्द को छुपाने के लिए...

कोई सिगरेट पकड़ लेता है...

कोई शराब...

कोई नींद की गोली...

और कोई नकली मुस्कान।

Gen Z की सबसे बड़ी ताक़त शायद यही है...

वो पहले अपने मन की सुनते हैं।

अगर कोई रिश्ता, नौकरी, संगठन, नेता या माहौल उनकी मानसिक शांति छीनता है...

तो वे बिना अपराधबोध के दूरी बना लेते हैं।

उन्हें इसे "बदतमीज़ी" नहीं...

Self Respect लगता है।

यही वजह है कि पुरानी पीढ़ियाँ अक्सर उन्हें...

"ज़िद्दी"

"संस्कारहीन"

"स्वार्थी"

या "ओवर रिएक्ट करने वाला"

कह देती हैं।

लेकिन शायद पहली बार कोई पीढ़ी यह कह रही है—

"मैं किसी की उम्मीदों के लिए अपनी मानसिक शांति नहीं खोऊँगा।"

इसका मतलब यह नहीं कि हर असहमति पर रिश्ते तोड़ दो।

बल्कि यह कि...

सम्मान के बिना रिश्ता सिर्फ़ बोझ होता है।

और डर के कारण निभाया गया रिश्ता...

रिश्ता नहीं, कैद होता है।

सबसे दुखद बात यह है...

हमारी पीढ़ी को इस्तेमाल किया गया—

परिवार ने...

रिश्तेदारों ने...

दफ़्तरों ने...

नेताओं ने...

धर्म के ठेकेदारों ने...

और कई बार उन लोगों ने भी...

जो "त्याग" और "संस्कार" के नाम पर सिर्फ़ आज्ञाकारिता चाहते थे।

हर पीढ़ी की अपनी कमियाँ हैं।

Gen Z भी परफेक्ट नहीं है।

लेकिन उन्होंने एक सवाल पूछने की हिम्मत तो की—

"अगर कोई रिश्ता मुझे रोज़ तोड़ रहा है... तो मैं उसे सिर्फ़ समाज के डर से क्यों ढोऊँ?"

शायद यही सवाल आने वाले भारत की सबसे बड़ी सामाजिक क्रांति साबित होगा।

अगर आपको लगता है कि मानसिक शांति भी उतनी ही ज़रूरी है जितनी रोटी, कपड़ा और मकान... तो इसको रीपोस्ट कीजिए।
