@BenFacciani1 We are way too close to Christmas and this may be one of the main reasons.
Try to reactivate also your less engaged audience, provide them with some value (how to get the most out of your product etc).
If you use emails correctly, that will be a night and day difference
@ecomchasedimond I have a different - positive - experience about Klaviyoโs evolution over time and Iโm curious about those factors you mentioned.
I get what you say, so I guess my question is: why were those things so impactful that led you to repel Klaviyo all at once this way?
@CTtheDisrupter With all the discounts and low margins on physical products I see BFCM more as a quick and super effective way to have a pool of customers to then transform in repeat buyers - where the real magic happens!
