As your Senator, I’m leading the fight to protect life in West Virginia by stopping out-of-state abortion pill providers from shipping abortion pills into our state.

💵500 BILLION DOLLARS🔥💵
Yes, you read that right. That is the amount that was incorrectly put in the Illinois State Budget that passed the House and Senate at 4AM on June 1st.
The Democrats and Governor Pritzker are trying to explain this away as a simple error. However, what it has actually done is proven the point of Republicans that it is completely reckless for the Democrats to pass 4,000 page budgets in the middle of the night.
We thought it was just Republicans that didn't have a chance to read the budget, but apparently not even the Democrats proofread their last minute amendments.
If a $500 billion dollar mistake can make it in the state budget, what else is being shoved in those pages that nobody knows about? It's time for transparency!
West Virginia Freedom Caucus Fights Against Ratepayer Funded Transmission Line
Charleston, WV – Members of the West Virginia Freedom Caucus are pressing the fight against the ratepayer funded Mid-Atlantic Resilient Link (MARL) high-voltage transmission line, pushed by NextEra Energy Transmission.
“This is pure, undiluted cronyism,” said WV Freedom Caucus Chairman S. Chris Anders.
“The MARL project represents a clear overreach that prioritizes out-of-state interests over the livelihoods and values of West Virginians,” said WV Freedom Caucus member Chris Rose in a letter to the WV Public Service Commission in 2025.
Rose is the Chairman of the Senate Energy, Industry and Mining Committee.
The MARL high-voltage transmission line project would originate in Pennsylvania to feed sprawling data centers in Northern Virginia.
“MARL hurts us economically by diverting resources and imposing over $440 million in transmission costs on West Virginia ratepayers to benefit Virginia's booming data center industry,” Rose explained in his letter from 2025.
“The cost West Virginia ratepayers for MARL is now approaching $960 million,” Anders pointed out.
“They want to put you on the hook,” Rose said.
“No West Virginia ratepayer dollars should be used to fund transmission lines primarily built to serve out-of-state interests; and no use of eminent domain to take private property for projects that benefit private corporations or other states,” Anders stressed.
“During the legislative session, we introduced an amendment with these two very simple, common-sense protections,” said WV Freedom Caucus Secretary and co-sponsor of the amendment, Delegate Henry Dillon
“Nofamily should lose control of their land so that power can be transported across West Virginia for the benefit of private corporations, data centers, or economic interests located somewhere else,” said WV Freedom Caucus member Craig Hart.
“No West Virginians should be forced to sacrifice their property rights so others can profit,” Dillon pointed out.
“And certainly, no government should be using eminent domain as a weapon against the very citizens it is supposed to protect,” Anders added.

Statement from WV Freedom Caucus member Laura Kimble:
“Yesterday afternoon, June 5, I filed a formal election contest regarding the Republican primary for the 71st District House of Delegates.
“I did not reach this decision quickly or casually. Our system of self-government rests upon public confidence that election laws are followed and that every lawful vote receives equal weight.
“Following the recount, the certified margin in this race was six votes. After learning of very serious voting irregularities identified elsewhere in West Virginia (link in the comments below) involving the ability of individuals who were not Republicans to cast votes in the Republican Primary, I sought information regarding whether similar circumstances may have occurred in Harrison County.
“Public records indicate that more people voted Republican than the number of registered Republicans who showed up to vote in some precincts. There are discrepancies between the number of Republican ballots counted in certain precincts and the number of registered Republican voters reflected in the available voter history data. That information alone does not provide final answers, but does warrant further examination of the underlying election materials and records. It deserves careful review through the process established by West Virginia law. The election contest process exists to provide that examination. It allows evidence to be gathered, records to be reviewed, and facts to be established in an orderly and transparent manner.
“A candidate has ten days to challenge the election once it has been certified. Because I asked for a recount, I am likely among only a very few candidates in the state who still has the time left to contest this election in order to shed light on this serious issue.
“The odds are very slim that contesting the election will change the outcome of my own race. I am also contesting this election because I hope that information gained from my contest will help protect the integrity of future Republican primaries for every West Virginian and will ensure that this specific and very substantial weakness in the process will be remedied.
“I remain deeply grateful to those who supported my campaign and entrusted me with their vote. All voters deserve confidence that election laws are followed and that the final result reflects the lawful votes cast in any election.
“Sincerely,
“Delegate Laura Kimble

Your local church can currently be forced to hand your private communications to the NSA.
The same government bureaucrats who targeted school board parents and pro-lifers want unchecked surveillance.
As Congress renews FISA, real protections aren’t optional.
With unfettered access to someone's life, you can piece together any narrative that suits your agenda.
This is why mass surveillance is dangerous. Because you're only safe until you become someone's target.
Every few months, Congress quietly passes another short-term extension of warrantless surveillance authority, hoping you are not paying attention. I am not letting that slide.
My Fourth Amendment Restoration and Protection Act ends warrantless spying on Americans for good. It blocks the government from using secret FISA courts to target U.S. citizens. It stops agencies from searching your data without a warrant.
Force Democrats to tell Americans why they are opposed to voter ID and proof of citizenship to vote!
Hold their feet to the fire.
Pass the SAVE America Act.
Failure is not an option.
🚨DEEP STATE SPYING OUT OF CONTROL!
Congress keeps “tweaking” FISA, but the deep state has been weaponizing Section 702 against Americans, including:
-19,000 campaign donors
-Senators
-Journalists
-6,800 SSNs
-J6ers
This must end — REFORM FISA NOW!
