@AlaskaAir Just stranded my sister’s family in Boise because their agent refused bags at 9:15 for a 9:59 flight (AS3418 to SJC). She had a 1-year-old screaming in her arms and a 3-year-old melting down while staff shrugged and said “policy.”
Six minutes. With toddlers. Do better!
