میرے پاکستانیو!

گزشتہ چند روز کے دوران ہم نے اپنی آنکھوں سے قانون کو ایک مذاق بنتے دیکھا۔

جو کچھ ہماری نگاہوں کے سامنے ہورہا ہے وہ ایک لندن منصوبے کا ہی شاخسانہ نہیں بلکہ ایک ”لندن معاہدے“ کا نتیجہ ہے جو ایک بزدل بھگوڑے اور کرپٹ مجرم اور اس کے سہولت کاروں کے مابین طے پایا۔

معافی کا پروانہ ہاتھ میں تھما کر عدالتوں سے سزا یافتہ ایک مجرم کی پھر سے سیاست میں واپسی کا اس کے سوا کوئی راستہ نہیں کہ ریاستی اداروں کو تباہی کے گھاٹ اتارا جائے۔ چنانچہ جو کچھ ہم دیکھ رہے ہیں وہ ہمارے نظامِ انصاف کا مکمل انہدام اور تباہی ہے۔

میرے پاکستانیو!

ہمیشہ یاد رکھو کہ میرے خلاف جتنے بھی مقدمات ہیں وہ مکمل طور پر جعلی، من گھڑت اور سراسر سیاسی اہداف کے تحت قائم کئے گئے ہیں تاکہ مجھے انتخابات کے بعد تک جیل میں رکھ سکیں یا اگر اس سے بھی ان کا جی نہ بھرے تو انتخابات بھی لمبے عرصے تک مجھے قیدی بنائے رکھیں۔

تاہم میری قوم میں بڑھتا ہوا شعور اور بند کمروں میں تیار کی جانے والی سازشوں کیخلاف زور پکڑتی مزاحمت انہیں خوفزدہ کرتی ہے۔

فی الوقت جسمانی لحاظ سے میں ٹھیک ٹھاک (فِٹ) ہوں۔ اگر میرے جسم پر کسی قسم کا ضُعف یا کمزوری طاری ہوتی تو مجھے اس کا احساس ہوجاتا۔ مگر یہ پہلے ہی دو مرتبہ دن دیہاڑے میری جان لینے کی کوشش کرچکے ہیں۔

چونکہ میں اپنا ملک چھوڑ کر جانے پر کبھی آمادہ نہیں ہوں گا چنانچہ اس بات کا قوّی امکان ہے کہ یہ جیل میں میری جان لینے کی ایک اور کوشش کریں۔ یہ کوشش مجھے آہستہ آہستہ زہر دینے (سلو پوائزننگ) کی صورت میں بھی ہوسکتی ہے۔

ہماری جدّوجہد اپنے فیصلہ کن مرحلے میں داخل ہورہی ہے۔ آپ کو اپنے حقوق اور اپنے ملک کی آزادی کی لڑائی خود سے لڑنی پڑے گی۔ میں نے اپنے وکلاء اور تنظیمی ذمہ داران کو ہدایات بھجوا دی ہیں کہ ملک بھر میں کنونشنز منعقد کئے جائیں اور جب بھی انتخابات کا موقع آئے اس کے لئے بھرپور انتخابی مہم چلائی جائے۔

In the last few days, we have witnessed a total mockery of the law. All that is happening today is not just an execution of a London “plan" but 𝐋𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐧 “𝐚𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭” that was signed between a cowardly fugitive & corrupt criminal and his facilitators. The only way a convicted criminal could be allowed to return to politics with a clean chit is by destroying State institutions. And hence, what we are witnessing is a complete collapse of our justice system.

My Pakistanis!

Please remember, all the cases against me are completely bogus & politically motivated, concocted only to keep me in jail for certain till after the elections or maybe much longer beyond the elections.

However, the growing political awareness and increasing resistance against closed-room conspiracies in my nation scares them.

At the moment I am physically fit. I would know if my body was experiencing change from weakness. But they have already made two public attempts to take my life. Since I won't agree to leave my country there is of course a danger they will try to make another attempt on my life while I am in jail. Such an attempt could also be through slow poisoning.

Our struggle is entering its decisive phase. You will have to fight for your own rights and your country's freedom.
I have directed my lawyers and party office bearers to hold conventions all over the country and also commence the campaign for whenever elections are held.
