@BulbUK is holding a credit of £467.95 on my 81-year-old mother's account. Her previous bill was £216.72. She gets the warm home discount and they're also getting the £67 per month from the UK gov. They have just increased her direct debit by another £45! @MartinSLewis #ripoff

@WhichUK I find it somewhat of a con, that although my Mum has meter that gives day and night readings, her energy supplier will not allow her to switch to the account type that offers cheaper rates at night. They restrict it to smart meter users, and they have told she can't have one.

If buying a hosting plan with GoDaddy in the UK check that you will actually get the advertised FREE SSL certificate. As I have just spent 2 hours trying to get it, apparenly it's only for the US region they had to add it separately. And yet there it is with the £ sterling price.

Hey @Google, we get excellent results on PageSpeed Insights for mobile & desktop, our business has been at the same domain since 2000, the content is relevant to our business. According to your own algorithm our SEO scores above 90, so why are we not appearing on Google search?

Kudos to @iFixitDE who instantly replaced the suddenly non-charging #battery I bought from them for my #MacBookPro 13" (mid-2012). I installed the battery and hey presto back to a charging battery. Result! And yes, my 20-year-old MBP works perfectly. That's why you buy @Apple

@iFixitDE Hello, still response either on email or Twitter about a possible defective #battery bought in February this year. The battery is only 7 months old and is no longer recognised by the #MacBook Pro. I have done a PRAM and SMC reset to no avail. Please respond.

@iFixit Hi, I bought a #battery for my #MacBook Pro (mid-2012) back in February but unfortunately it's now not being recognised by the Mac. I would have thought your batteries should last longer than 7 months. I can't find a phone number for your UK customer support. Help.
