So I have food poisoning 🤢 I'm in so much stomach pain and have to keep rushing to the loo. I'm also very nauseous and scared to be sick as it makes me hyperventilate 🤮 I'm sipping water and hoping it doesn't last too long 😔

Still feeling really low, my Nans death day is on Wednesday so I think that's what's making me feel so depressed. I can feel my whole body wanting to shut down and it's taking all my energy just to keep going. I hate this so much 😢😔

Feeling really low today, my mental health is bad and I've not been sleeping to well. I blame this damn awful hot weather we're having. In the UK we aren't used to these high temps and anything over 90f has us melting and praying for rain 🙏 🌧💧🌦
