@micheal_ws18 Um… right above this post. 10x3 at heavier weight is better than 3x10. Both 30, but not recruiting type 2 fibers with 3x10 and fatigue sets in.
@micheal_ws18 7 months. Best shape of my life. This week is my first deload week. Need to work those in. Started working out as soon as I lost the weight steadily with intermittent fasting. Lost 50 lbs and now want to bulk up. Did my first pull up ever last month.
@micheal_ws18 Started going to the gym in October with the goal of doing my first pull up in my life. Saturday was test day and I did 2.5. Can’t wait to get to muscle ups!
