@QPark_UK reinstate right turn upon exit for as long as entry & exit share a single lane.
It’s taking 10 minutes just to exit the ramp. Not sustainable
@QPark_UK I might have missed the info in the car park, but are you able to tell us when the roadworks will end in Sheffield Charles Street? The single line entry/exit is causing some daily traffic challenges to say the least ;)
It’s hectic in the evenings since the left turn to exit has been re-instated. There’s not enough space for cars to queue at the traffic light outside the building upon exit. No one goes in no one goes out.
Can you liaise with relevant stakeholders to improve the situation?
@QPark_UK Looks like there’s a single point of failure… I think we have a few pending questions: why wasn’t the middle barrier turned into an entry point? How will that be prevented in the future? Where can we access that information in the future? Work and trains were missed.

@LeShuttle_Help No. I gave you my letter and the direction of travel. There’s no need for a direct message. What I want to know is why the info is not consistent between app and screens and why we’re not updated properly via the app, which we’re told to consult regularly.
@LeShuttle_Help the app says that G5 (from Calais) has finished boarding. We’ve not even started. Screens say “imminent boarding”, it’s been that way for 20+ minutes. Crossing at 2:16 Fr time… will we board on time? What’s going on? Can we have information and consistency, plz?

@LeShuttle_Help Maybe update the info on the app and terminal screens? This is NOT fluid if we have to queue from the staff booth into the bend before accessing the border control lanes… the info you’re providing is not useful.
@QPark_UK hi, is there an ETA on fixing the cameras at Sheffield CharlesStreet? plate recognition. doesn’t work, we have to take a ticket to get in and press the assistance button to get out. Not really the seamless and quick experience we were promised for our season ticket.

@LeShuttle border controls « fluid » in Calais… it’s a joke, there’s only one lane open and I’m counting 33 cars queuing… at least update the info on the app…
@dhlexpressuk your drivers are not following instructions for rescheduled deliveries. They attempted to deliver my parcel and leave it out. Thankfully my neighbour got them for me. What’s the point of rescheduling if your drivers are too stubborn to comply??

@lisalaposte Détails envoyés en DM. Autre incident encore aujourd’hui, ma mère vient d’aller au bureau de poste. Autre employée, refus de réajuster lorsque ma mère lui a fait remarquer, réaction « ah ben c’est sympathique » au moment du départ de ma mère. Photo en DM
