@chefsale Humans are humans. Though, I have never had this false belief about Web3 space. It is 99% of gamble players, which is why NEAR was always an outlier, hah
$1.26B stolen from crypto in just three months.
Most of these are not “genius hacks”. It’s one key, one person, one bad click.
If a single signature can move your treasury, you don’t have a treasury. You have a bet.
NEAR Business will match https://t.co/g0pEbWgBxM experience quite closely and offer anything confidential NEAR Intents has to offer. Trezu has more options (public or confidential; native NEAR tokens and sign in with Trezu wallet)
Otherwise, NEAR Business is a whitelabeled version of Trezu, developed by the same team + extended with NEAR Intents teams
Trezu is positioned to be more chain agnostic product while NEAR Business is clearly playing in NEAR protocol brand
@NEARProtocol Great hackathon is not about the prizes pool, but about the chance to pitch your project, and when the judges are investors and founders themselves, you may get a lot more than just money.
Don't miss the chance!
The best self-custodial crypto user experience is now also available for businesses!
Want to manage assets securely with multiple people signing off before the assets can leave the account? Look no further - NEAR Business
Alpha leak: NEAR Signer is coming soon
*** Leave a comment to get a link to the beta version of the app. ***
NEAR Signer is designed to be used as an air-gapped wallet - on an [old] iPhone that is never connected to the Internet.
It acts like a hardware Ledger device, but gives you much better UX and more features such as history of signed transactions and better display for common types of transactions (transfers, DAO proposals, NEAR Intents actions).
It was developed by Ivan Frolov (https://t.co/1XUkhYvXLQ) and his agents, but I find it so useful that I cannot keep it to myself
NEAR HACKATHON is now live with $250K+ in prizes.
No signup. Just ship a public repo + public demo post between November 1st & Nov 14, 23:59 UTC.
Build on NEAR Intents, chain signatures, chain abstraction, NEAR AI Cloud, & more.

@biscotti_roti I have just checked, the desktop Ledger Live app still does not support connecting their own hardware devices over Bluetooth 🤦♂️ https://t.co/0N7EvS8s6U
@biscotti_roti Yes, it even supports Ledger Live mobile app (haven’t yet tested the desktop one) as well as MeteorWallet. There are currently no plans to support other chains. Android support is on the way, subscribe to not miss the update
@AlexAuroraDev@Zerodartz@KeystoneWallet Do you have good ideas how to communicate back from the airgapped device? (E.g. getting the public key and returning the signature)
Would you expect the sending device to also use the camera to receive those?
@pirunpoika Not yet, we are waiting for the unified accounts on NEAR mainnet to bring ML-DSA-65 with implicit universal accounts. Yet, we want to bring those
It would be a custom protocol then, and would require some “streaming QR code” to be able to pass 1mb transactions. We could experiment with those too. Would you prefer that over the Bluetooth? Or would you not use it anyway? (I just wonder if you are even the target audience for the kind of app)
