@Foodytraveller Yes, it's really interesting and always fun researching, cultivating and testing new edible flower products for our customers. And yes, the blooms have to be perfect. Our fresh edible flowers are delivered the same day we pick them. They last about 5 days refrigerated on average.
@Foodytraveller Hi! We produce approx 45 types of #fresh#edibleflowers from early May - late November, and a couple dozen types of #crystallized leaves and flowers in spring and fall. We're pretty small scale but produce enough to make it worth our while. :-)
