The store guy now responded that the service center has now said they will get the hardware in 6 weeks and are not giving me an ETA for collection of the laptop. What should be done? @Apple

The store guy said apple has accepted the case but he is not providing an ETA. He said the parts are not available in Morocco and we have to get it leaving me with no ETA.

I want the ETA to schedule my travel.
