@FlySWISS Apparently names can be added but not removed from bookings. I purchased this ticket in my married name and for personal reasons could not change my passport in time.
I've had a real bad experience with @FlySWISS. I booked my ticket in my married name but due to personal events, was not able to update my passport to my married name. Their customer service has been non-existent & they cannot change my name to what currently matches my passport.
I’ve had further DMs with @FlySWISS about this conversation and have again had no explanation. I’ve been told I need to purchase a new ticket when I already have one! I do not understand why one word can’t be deleted from a system.
This is nothing but pure profiteering as I am now told I need to purchase a second ticket and the first will not be refunded. Please escalate this @FlySWISS - terrible customer experience.
@FlySWISS I have DM’d you my booking reference. I’ve sent documents to [email protected] already and they were rejected. I receive an email saying that they tried to call me and I need to call them back. However I’ve had no missed calls and the phone number on the email does not work!
@FlySWISS I expect more from a major airline. I've only received responses to say that part of a name can't be deleted and there is no guarantee that I will be able to board the plane. @FlySWISS can you please help me?
I’ve *NEVER* shared this story in public before.
This is a story about LOSS, FAILURE and sheer perseverance.
I told this story to a few fellow startup founders last night, and it resonated - so I wanted to share on here.
The UK Govt has killed the “get back to work” message and left it up to employers to decide for themselves.
This is the greatest opportunity in history for businesses to improve employee productivity, hiring and retention.

Does anyone know anything about the HMRC team that built the furlough application process?
140k applications in a day, no soft launch, and from what I can see Twitter isn't full of complaints: someone somewhere deserves some serious recognition.
@knotel@amol Part 1. Hi Amol. Much respect for this plan & your transparency. What about paying your suppliers? We are a small operation based in London, owed a significant sum of money from Knotel for placing a tenant in one of your buildings.
@knotel@amol Part 2: Yet we have been told that your "hands are tied" and we can't be paid. This invoice was due in January, well before the crisis. We've hit a dead end and I wanted to reach out to take this further.
@British_Airways We’re at Osaka Airport trying to obey govt advice by getting home ASAP. Staff here say to call BA, to bring our flight forward. We’ve been trying to call for 3 days without success! How can we move our flight forward if we can’t contact you? We can’t do it online
Happy #BankHoliday everyone, and more importantly happy #NationalDogDay. Here's a montage of our gorgeous office dogs Newton and Wiley... you're welcome:
