Had the best weekend representing @BraintreeFClub in Salou, Spain. Very nearly made it all the way, finishing runners up. Very proud to have been selected as GK of the tournament.

@Mary_A_Earps1. This is our daughter Freya’s grassroots team - the first all girl team in our local all boys league. She captains the team, and is GK with the lowest GA average. They pushed through some awful touchline misogyny, keeping critics quiet by winning the league 🙌

Am often too hard on myself, so I thought I’d share a proud moment. Played on Sat against brilliant hosts @AFCSudbury, and made a save that I wouldn’t have managed a few months ago. Full tilt, got fingertips to it and tipped to the crossbar. Hard work is paying off @XLFAcademy
