@StevenH64291288@0ivankaTrump1 It's been banned in France :). No one is allowed to cover their face in public, even motorbikers, once they're off their bike.
One solution, become secular, as France (where I live), and where religion is free to be practiced, if it doesn't go above the law. No religion taught in schools, no religious 'gear' or symbols allowed in public institutions, no religious promotion in state institutions. A politician, whatever his/her personal beliefs or practices, doesn't show any signs or symbols. Certainly no hijabs, burka or chador in public, but it depends on the area. No one can totally cover their face.
"Praying in the streets is NOT AN ACTIVITY PRACTISED BY FOLLOWERS OF CHRISTIANITY. We find it GROSSLY OFFENSIVE TO US!" That's understandable, it's not a British practice, Brits pray in churches, however, most are empty. Who wants to be a celibate minister (or priest) all his life ?
It seems it's a bit late now. In any case, the UK was always divided into 'classes', and had quite a high immigration level, due to its colonial past. And the '30 yrs' is a bit low, high immigration began in the 1970's. And yes, immigrants did 'build England', at least some, notably in the industrial north.
"blending in with their communities." Well, bravo UK, Why not ? What prevented them from doing it before ? But Britain is a country ruled by a king or queen, and an official religion, so no doubt it took a lot of time to 'blend in muslim' people... well they've been doing it for years, no problem, they just don't write about it every day on their tabloid news, or maybe they do, as I don't read it; the printed news in GB is totally geared to garner mostly ignorant people with tabloid type news, 'celebrities', royalties, whatever is trash. Nothing serious.
@Xmusknewsx They should do as in France, a secular country, no religious signs or symbols in any state institution, including (state) schools. As for food, I don't know, maybe they have some sort of separation in the cantines, or they adapt, or bring their own food.
