Clinical case:
63-year-old patient with presyncope and dyspnea. Holter monitoring revealed a high PVC burden (25%). Antiarrhythmic therapy was not tolerated due to severe bradycardia. Successful PVC ablation was performed via a retrograde aortic approach using the CARTO navigation system. Activation mapping identified the earliest activation at the left coronary cusp, with immediate PVC suppression.

⚡ Caso clínico: taquicardia recurrente e incesante ⚡
En el EEF se documentaron dos mecanismos: taquicardia con VA corto y VA largo.
🔹 Se realizó primero la ablación de taquicardia intranodal.
🔹 Posteriormente, se indujeron y mapearon 2 taquicardias auriculares derechas: septal anterior y parahisiano.
🔹 El mapeo de activación 3D #CARTO permitió identificar los circuitos y realizar ablaciones dirigidas a pocos milímetros del his. Finalmente sin inducción de arritmias.
