These people act like we didn’t try high flow or bipap before the vent (if applicable) so many people arrived in active ARDS and would have died had they not been vented asap

@ItsJustMe122 @JellyKind I had patient zero for my country at my hospital. She was a dialysis nurse who then spread it to her clinics. Her husband wouldn’t listen about no visiting (I get it she’s in the ICU) but he caught it from her and ended up on a vent next to her. They died FROM COVID.

@whynotok27 @washingtonpost That’s where your brain went with this? As someone who is in the OR every day I can tell you with out a doubt, red heads require more anesthesia to go to sleep and stay asleep. Heavy drinkers will go through more of the paralytic medications required for some surgeries.
