@NashSevereWx Well…on the + side, you can empty your fridge & freezers food stuffs into boxes and the outside temps will keep them from spoiling. Just make sure to protect them from little critters.
For 75 years, the name of a family-owned business has been in Nashville. That business has now closed. The community made sure to give it a big send off first.

After 75 years of the Friedman's business itself being in middle Tennessee, owner Frank Friedman has decided to close the final store this week. With that, the familiar sign is coming down.

Nestor Ilagan shows his son the sign at Friedman's Army Navy Outdoor Store. Nestor used to post the messages on it. Friedman's closes after 75 years this week. The sign is being restored by Liquid Fire Vintage Neon. Nestor says the sign has been at Friedman's stores since 1955.
Besides ours, we would include Wendell Smith’s, Drake Motel, Robert’s Western World, and Jones Pet Shop (now Fido in Hillsboro Village) as grandfathered-in, initial OG pieces.
