A company aiming to build at least 246 homes in High Town has cleared a potential hurdle to development.
Dandara Living became one of the last firms to sign a legal agreement that commits them to paying for fire safety remediation on previously completed projects.

That would take the number of homes, most of them apartments, to 346.
