Friendship. I have not laughed that hard or consistently in a theater in a long time. I might go see it again. Fucking slam dunk, Tim Robinson cracks me up. So good.
“Friendship” made me feel bad in a cathartic way similar to “The Comedy.” But enough time has passed since that movie that I now relate a lot more to being a weird guy in my 30s with a corporate job. That movie had me stress power-walking home.
Didn't expect #Friendship movie can be this funny. I thought it was a psychological thriller 😅 but ended up laughing to most of the lines. Love the performance from Tim Robinson and the script. It's a relatable and sad story about wanting to be seen and cared by other people as well. To form an adult friendship is hard for a lot of us. It does get twisted and keeps making you guess how it is going to end. In theater this week! #Friendshipmovie
Friendship is a great dark comedy released by A24. Fun watch but also has a constant note of menace and stress to it. Very unhinged in the best way possible. Paul Rudd is always extremely likeable and you see why Tim Robinson immediately wants to be his friend. Enjoyed it a lot!
just saw FRIENDSHIP for the third time and I was still cry laughing throughout.
when everyone has access to clips from this movie it will fundamentally change the way we communicate online - there’s a perfect reaction for every human experience.
see it with a crowd!
10/10
totally loved FRIENDSHIP. outrageously funny. head hurts from laughing soo hard. 100 minutes of what happens when you show a lil too much of your personality. really needed this, a great crowd experience! the humor won’t work for everyone, but it did for me and then some.
Dark but infectiously funny, FRIENDSHIP nails the awkwardness of trying to forge new adult relationships. This has just the right amount of idiosyncratic weirdness and relatability. It took turns I wasn’t expecting. My audience roared so many times I lost count. Loved this.
#Friendship is one of the funniest movies I have seen in a long time. Constantly at an all time high for ridiculousness, Tim Robinson doesn’t skip a beat from his typical style of humor. This is like one big, long I Think You Should Leave sketch, and I’m not complaining one bit.
