ποΈ A glimpse of moments of curiosity, learning and creativity from the Kidney & Bee Adventure project π
π 150 schoolchildren are exploring kidney health through fun workshops as part of ERAβs commitment to leaving a positive legacy in Glasgow. The project will conclude with a visit to the museum at the Glasgow Royal Infirmary.
π We thank Kate Stevens @KateIsabelle24, #ERA26 Local Congress President, for leading the project, and all the volunteers who made it possible.

Instead of a #christmasparty it's a New Year party! Managers met with Nurses annually on 1st Jan; a tradition started in 1868. Not sure if was mandatory nor much funπ In 1923, the nurses' choir sang & the Lord Provost attended

This is Rascal π, one of our #archiveelves & he is usually up to all kinds of mischief. Yesterday, however, he wanted to help curate our #rottenrow exhibition & so he did some research. Opens 2026 & it promises to be our best one yet!

We are 231!
Wonderful things have happened inside our walls. Things which have shaped healthcare worldwide. We gave the world antisepsis, nurse training & more. Today, pioneering work continues & inside there is a sense of team, community & pride, even when times are tough.
