@02_umeboshi_97@cuteandfunnyn3t I guess sites like Melonbooks and Pixiv are trying to stay out of trouble by staying out of sight.
At least Pixiv isn't actually geoblocked. You can just change your country in the account settings to Japan and then you get to see everything.
@02_umeboshi_97@cuteandfunnyn3t Technically, distribution without proper age restrictions is prohibited and has been for a while, but it's rarely enforced on the internet. Possession is fully legal.
@gr1sa1a@graveleater_ Sorry, I've never been involved in any discussions on RimWorld modding before. These sites come up immediately when you google the names of the projects.
But yes, they're using github's release page to host their builds, fair enough.
@graveleater_ That's like saying that a bag of flour has a bad UX because it doesn't explain how to use the oven.
Jargon is just shorthand. If I have to explain all the Jargon, yes, it would take 10000 lines.
The United States is and will remain Germanyโs most important partner in the North Atlantic Alliance. We share a common goal: Iran must not be allowed to acquire nuclear weapons.
@graveleater_ You talk about the platform and the people who use it to host their code like they're the same thing.
Do you want to the UX to change or do you want devs to write 10000 line readmes?
@graveleater_ We're not purposefully dense. We just have to assume some sort of base knowledge otherwise we'd spend hours explaining the same thing over and over again. Again, it's a site to host code, not tutorials.
