Hey @PearsonVUE I logged in early to take my 7:45 am mountain time zone exam and your system didn't allow me to checkin for my Comptia exam. It worked when I tested it last night. Now You have me on hold on the phone for 30 minutes on 2 phones!! WHATS GOING ON? I PAID FOR THIS!
This is how negligent @PearsonVUE is. They refuse to assist me on any level. They have me on hold for over an hour when I need help with their login issues. They won't even respond in the chat support box on their site.
Everyone should be aware that @PearsonVUE will not respond or assist you when you have issues on test day, even if it is their fault. They took my money and refuse to pick up their customer service calls or return any emails.
Be aware that @PearsonVUE will not answer your calls or help troubleshoot your problems on exam day. They are not replying to my calls or emails. I paid almost $300 to take an exam and they won't assist me but they did accept my payment.
@FreelanceSculptors did you know that @collectsideshow will #NeverGiveComps to their awesome freelancers. They expect their Freelancers to pay full price for the work they produce.
If you are a freelance sculptor and you would like to get comps of your finished work then #AVOID@collectsideshow they never give their freelancers their work. They expect you to pay full price for work you already did.
Just went to @NormasCornerShoppe in #Ridgewood and the service was #terrible. The person working the counter was on the phone the whole time. Wasn't friendly and burned my toast and bacon. When you are dealing with customers turn off your phone and politely interact. #Unfriendly
If you have to go to the Bayonne New Jersey @NJ_MVC be ready to be treated like you don't matter. Those workers will take your cash and lose your paperwork, then act as if nothing happened. It's taking them almost 3 months to send me my ID which is hurting my employment chances
Anyone considering ever relocating to New Jersey beware that the @nj_MVC is employed by incompetent, careless employees who treat visitors like scum. They refuse to listen and resolve any issues. Calling them is a moot point, you'll never reach anyone, emailing them is pointless
All positions @NJ_MVC should be automated. All actual human workers should be replaced by machines. The workers are incompetent, ALWAYS place you on hours-long holds, Refuse to help you but still take your money. And when you don't receive your state ID they jerk you around.

Bayonne refuses to send me my state ID even after I paid $24. I paid way back in July and today 9/7/21 I still haven't received it. I called and emailed over 30 times and no one helps. Don't trust NJ_MVC. They steal your money! I was told to pay $11 to get my refund???
