@TBrit90 To add, the navy has literally explained this several times. People just dont read and think that if everything has the most expensive tech it automatically wins. Strategy and knowing your kit is what wins wars, type 31s are perfect for what their intended use is.

@TBrit90 Type 31s dont need towed sonar. Theyre not for anti submarine warfare. Theyre designed as a general service frigate. Type 26s are the specific anti submarine option. Not everything constantly needs to be peak expense when it adds no strategic benefit for the navy as a whole
