@Mangan150 Just semantics but Healthcare is mandatory.. but the Sickcare you get from your doctor, hospital etc is not. Healthcare is a personal responsibility.
@PeterSchiff@QTRResearch Now imagine what the numbers look like without substitution and hedonic quality adjustments that the government uses to artificially keep CPI numbers low.
Having the government responsible for calculating inflation is like asking street gangs what the crime rates are.
Airlines: “you must wear a mask to protect yourself. It’s for your health”
Also airlines: “Here’s a coke and pretzels for your ass that already takes up 2 seats”
How is the Mayor of what’s supposed to be our best city allowed to tweet something so completely wrong and dishonest while twitter “fact checks” and censors other info @jack
More “capitalism is bad” nonsense.
Pemex is 100% owned by the Mexican government.
@LibertyBlitz Triple quarter pounder with cheese variant in the works... finalizing the wording, crossing T’s, dotting I’s.
Using the same logic, If those under 50 realized their odds of dying in a car crash compared to COVID they would never ride in a vehicle again and beg to close highways.
@zerohedge@neelkashkari The government cannot bail anybody out because they don’t have any money.
The taxpayers bail out the banks in the form of inflation as banks create too much money in the form of loans out of thin air via fractional reserve banking. $1 deposited and loaned out 100x.
@TimStodz Uranium/nuclear energy is the only way to get close to carbon neutral. Renewable energy like wind and solar just aren’t realistic to create enough power without shortages seen in California and Texas this year. They are also not as good for the environment as they pretend to be.
China hoarding #gold and #silver while the U.S. continues to self destruct in the name of race wars, cancel culture, red versus blue. Politicians/voting based on who promises the most free stuff.
100 year dynasty versus 4 year voting cycle.
Chess versus checkers
@TimStodz The idea that $12 an hour is hurting the middle class is completely due to the effects of inflation, government deficits, artificially low rates and quantitative easing.. but hey, at least the SPY500 is at all time highs lol. Have a good weekend, Tim.
@TimStodz Tim, boomers used to own homes making less than $12/H while the wife stayed home raising a million kids. Cost of living was cheap, dollar was strong and we produced here. We can’t raise hourly wages fast enough to outpace inflation. In 5 years, $25 won’t be enough either.
@TimStodz Correct the U.S. is not an outlier but as the world reserve currency, they are the leader. The dollar is our country’s primary export since we don’t produce goods here. The dollar losing purchasing power affects the lower earners disproportionately to those with inflatable assets
Fed says in 2 years we might think about raising interest rates (when debts like 50T) and the metals get slammed down. 😆As good a day as any to buy physical metals.
