When looking at a screen all day dont forget the 20-20-20 rule. Every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away for 20 seconds. This is to help alleviate symptoms of eye fatigue.

Not something that I think will be available for a while, but a fascinating extension of what eye tests can already detect. An eye exam is about more than just your glasses. #eyehealth#eyes https://t.co/lUbntOEjDL
Back to school checklist;
-new pencil case
-new backpack
-new shoes
-new glasses?
Don't forget to add an appointment with us to your to do list. Childrens eye tests are free under the NHS, and they get help toward their glasses (if they need them). #BackToSchool#eyetest

Study suggests exercise can help to ward off macular degeneration. The gym reopening date couldn’t have been announced at a better time! https://t.co/mX0wPfa4op
@MaidenBeechAcad have very kindly loaned these green chairs to Crewkerne & Chard practices. This has really helped us to maintain the level of disinfection we currently need. We’ve been overwhelmed by the support of other local businesses & the general public during this period
We are slowly making plans to open more and more of our practices for emergency appointments and essential eye care. Check for individual practice updates on our website
