@ThymeToBeBorn Yeah, am I wrong that you’re Catholic, more or less? This is much Protestant soteriology, and you can affirm it somewhat, but this isn’t a normal Catholic way of approaching salvation.
@courtneyknill@DavidRo65413968 But this also is not necessarily gentle parenting? Having lame separate bland kid meals was pretty normal in the era when kids of a certain class had nannies and nurseries where they ate; a lot of families still do an early, different kid dinner if parents work late.
@shenreckson @bethanyshondark The Montypython bit always slays here: “But darling, we’ve had sex two times and we have two children, so aren’t we the same?”
@LeahLibresco Haha, I got that—I more meant, is this a particular named curriculum, or does your daughter just attend a delightfully idiosyncratic school?
@ellievhall Okay, I read this first as having happened years into their marriage and was wondering what in the modern-style barrage of infidelities was happening. 🤣🤣🤣
@grimgrinningmom Can you get some moms with only a baby or some homeschooled teens to be home with you for a few hours here and thete so the onus of observation and protection isn’t just on you.
