طاقتور بوڑھے مرد اور عورتیں جو اقتدار میں ہیں، ان کے لیے یہ ختم ہو چکا ہے۔ نوجوان نسل کو آپ جو کچھ بیچنے کی کوشش کر رہے ہیں وہ کچھ بھی نہیں خرید رہی۔ آپ سکولوں اور کالجوں میں جتنے بھی لیکچر اور سیمینارز کا اہتمام کر لیں، patriotism کو فروغ دینے کی کوشش کر لیں، یہ کام نہیں کر رہا۔ patriotism فطری طور پر آتا ہے جب برابر مواقع ہوں، مضبوط انفراسٹرکچر ہو اور موثر نظام موجود ہو۔ جب آپ اپنے لوگوں کو بنیادی ضروریات فراہم کریں اور ان کے حقوق یقینی بنائیں تو آپ کو سکولوں کالجوں میں جا کر طلبہ کو یہ نہیں بتانا پڑے گا کہ وہ اپنے ملک سے محبت کریں، وہ ویسے بھی کریں گے۔
نوجوان ذہن، جنریشن زیڈ، الفا، وہ بالکل جانتے ہیں کہ کیا ہو رہا ہے اور آپ کی مسلسل کوششوں کے باوجود کہ آپ انہیں اپنا patriotism کا نقطہ نظر بیچیں، وہ اسے دیکھ رہے ہیں۔ انٹرنیٹ کی بدولت، جو تھوڑی بہت تعلیم ہمارے پاس باقی ہے اس کی بدولت، آپ ک�� بہترین کوششوں کے باوجود کہ عوام کو جتنا ہو سکے ان پڑھ رکھا جائے، آپ ناکام ہو گئے۔ آپ ناکام ہو گئے کہ لوگوں کو بتائیں کہ وہ کیا سوچیں، وہ خود سوچ رہے ہیں۔ شاید وہ اپنے خیالات بلند آواز سے کہنے سے ڈرتے ہوں کیونکہ وہ سانس لینا پسند کرتے ہیں۔ لیکن وہ آپ کے خود ساختہ نیکی اور فضیلت کے نقاب کو دیکھ رہے ہیں۔ آپ طاقت سے اقتدار میں رہ سکتے ہیں لیکن لوگوں کو آپ کی کوئی پرواہ نہیں۔ آپ سیکیورٹی کے بغیر گھر سے باہر بھی نہیں نکل سکتے، اگر یہ آپ کی عوام میں مقبولیت کے بارے میں نہیں بتاتا تو آپ کو چیزوں کا جائزہ لینا چاہیے۔
نوجوانوں نے کافی ہو گیا ہے اور کیونکہ انہوں نے سیکھ لیا ہے کہ وہ طاقتوروں کو چیلنج نہیں کر سکتے، وہ ملک چھوڑ رہے ہیں۔ یہ بہت مثالی ہو گا اگر سوچیں کہ وہ کرپشن کے خلاف تحریک چلائیں گے۔ ��ہ خاموشی سے نکل جائیں گے اور مڑ کر نہیں دیکھیں گے کیونکہ ان کے دوست جو بولے تھے، خاموش کر دیے گئے۔
لیکن بومرز کے لیے یہ ختم ہو چکا ہے۔ ان کا کوئی مستقبل نہیں۔ نوجوان آبادی اور موجودہ حکومت کے درمیان بہت بڑا خلیج ہے۔ کوئی مشترکہ بنیاد نہیں۔ جنریشن زیڈ تیز انٹرنیٹ چاہتی ہے، ا��تدار والے مضبوط فائر وال چاہتے ہیں۔ جنریشن زیڈ سستے سمارٹ فونز چاہتی ہے، بومرز ان پر ٹیکس لگانا چاہتے ہیں۔ جنریشن زیڈ فری لانسنگ پر پابندیاں نرم چاہتی ہے، بومرز ریگولیشن بڑھانا چاہتے ہیں۔ ان کے درمیان کوئی مشترکہ نکتہ نہیں۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ بومرز ہار گئے ہیں۔
آپ جتنی جنگیں چاہیں کروا لیں، جنریشن زیڈ ان پر میمز بنا لے گی۔ مین سٹریم میڈیا کو سینسر کر لیں، جنریشن زیڈ Rumble، YouTube اور Discord جیسے پلیٹ فارمز پر چھلانگ لگا کر اپنی رائے دے گی۔ بومرز، اب آپ خیالات کو سینسر نہیں کر سکتے۔ وہ دن گئے جب آپ لوگوں کو بے وقوف بنا سکتے تھے۔ اب کوئی بے وقوف نہیں بن رہا۔ ہاں، ہمارے پاس لائب��یریاں نہیں۔ ہاں، اپارٹمنٹ کرائے پر لینا افورڈ نہیں کر سکتے۔ ہاں، کار خریدنا افورڈ نہیں کر سکتے۔ آپ کی محنتوں کی بدولت، جو معیشت ہمیں سونپی گئی ہے وہ آپ کے اخلاق سے بھی بدتر ہے۔
لیکن اس سب کے باوجود ہم چلتے رہتے ہیں، کتابوں، سوشل میڈیا، کافی شاپس (جتنا میں ان سے نفرت کرتا ہوں) اور ڈبل پیٹی بیف برگرز میں تسلی ڈھونڈتے ہوئے۔ ہم گندے پانیوں میں تیرتے رہتے ہیں۔ ہم آپ کی ٹی وی پر تقریریں نہیں دیکھتے کیونکہ اکثر جو آپ کہتے ہیں وہ ہنسی کا سامان ہوتا ہے۔ اس کے لیے ہمارے پاس سٹینڈ اپ کامیڈی ہے، مین سٹریم میڈیا کیوں دیکھیں؟

قانون کی بالادستی ا��ر آئین کی بحالی کی جدوجہد کے لیے انصاف لائرز فارم اور وکلأ کا فرنٹ فٹ پر آنا ناگزیر ہے۔ انصاف کا نظام ہی عوام کو تحفظ دے سکتا ہے۔ اس کے علاوہ نہ کوئی معاشی ترقی ممکن ہے نہ ہی اخلاقی۔

In this picture we see Jinnah’s head hanging in shame with such resolutions being passed by Punjab assembly. Jinnah knows that his sister Fatima Jinnah was also a victim of this dirty mentality of establishment and its lackeys in the assemblies.

What if now KPK assembly passed a resolution declaring Nawaz Sharif and Asif Zardari as traitor and seeks a ban on both of them. Where will all of this lead to? In today’s damning article Zahid Hussain has exposed such political pigmies and pawns by warning "criticism of extra-constitutional actions should not be construed as an attack on security institutions.”

It is ironical that People’s Party which has long been whining about judicial murder of its founder Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto in Gen Zia’s regime has stooped low enough to declare its political rival Imran Khan a traitor and seeks a ban on him and his party -the PTI.

History is witness to the fact that no politician has ever been declared a traitor by courts under constitutional dispensation. The only person who is a judicially certified traitor (except for a constitutionally declared usurper Yahya) and was sentenced to death for high treason was none other than the dictator General Musharraf who was buried with military honours by the champions of patriotism in Pakistan.

🚨🇵🇰 PAKISTAN: ANOTHER DEMOCRACY HAS JUST FALLEN

Pakistan, one of the world's largest democracies with a population of 240 million people, is down.

This wasn’t a sudden constitutional crisis.

This was Pakistan’s democracy being hollowed out over 2 bruising years - censored, carved, and cornered - until the final blow landed with a smile and the word “reform.”

Before the amendment, there was the erasure.

Former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s name vanished from TV broadcasts. Anchors LITERALLY spoke in metaphors. Newsrooms tiptoed around a former prime minister as if he were Voldemort with a cricket bat.

You were banned from mentioning the name of the former Prime Minister on TV.

PTI - once the country’s largest party - became a case study in political disassembly:

Its election symbol removed, atomizing its vote.

Leaders jailed, disappeared, or forced into televised “confessions.”

Its digital teams raided, equipment seized, channels throttled.

It’s leader Imran Khan cut off from visitors, even his own sisters relying on scraps of information.

February 2024’s election turned into a scavenger hunt where voters didn't know which “independent” candidate was actually theirs.

And all of this happened before the amendment that broke the camel’s back.

Then came the moment Pakistan crossed a line it can’t uncross.

The constitution wasn’t just amended - it was reprogrammed, rerouting power like a circuit board and plugging it straight into one man:

Army Chief, Field Marshal Asim Munir.

Lifetime immunity. Expanded command.

A “constitutional court” designed and assembled by the executive, replacing the Supreme Court on constitutional matters.

Not a coup. Something subtler.

A firmware upgrade for permanent military primacy.

The UN says: accountability gutted, separation of powers collapsing, judicial independence replaced by “press 1 for constitutional review.”

Islamabad’s answer? Relax. It’s "modernization."

Just like how cutting the brakes is “modernizing the vehicle.”

PTI - speaking through prison bars and VPN livestreams - calls the new court what it is: a conveyor belt engineered to process one man.

If you can’t beat Imran Khan at the ballot box, you bend the entire constitutional structure until it snaps into a shape that can.

And the government insists this isn’t Ayub, Zia, or Musharraf all over again.

But when generals start receiving lifetime immunity, those ghosts don’t whisper - they crash the party.
