Re-introduction to who I am and what I do for any new followers!
I've been on the Ops side of business for the last 12 years. Systems, processes, EOS, accountability, etc.
I love operations. I also love helping small businesses between $1M - $10M alleviate the pressure owners face being responsible for everything.
As a Fractional COO, I purposefully design business operating systems that remove the bottleneck and create accountability and ownership of outcomes so that owners can do what they're supposed to do.
-Cast vision
-Lead people
-Work ON the business
-Trust their team and their systems
I created the Frontier Business Blueprint to help you diagnose where your biz is leaking.

If you're a home service owner and want a COO's perspective on your business, take the Owner Dependency Assessment.
I'll send you a report I actually out together myself (with Claude's assistance):
-5 Quick Wins to implement yourself
-4 Primary Gaps
-90 Day Action plan
-What I would do if I were your COO
Then, if you want, we'll chat about the report for 30 minutes. If I can help, we'll discuss it.
If not, strategies are yours to keep.
I read every answer and give you my thoughts from my seat.
Businesses of all sizes are welcome!

P.S. If you only want the report and don't want to talk to me, that's cool too.
A prospect told me on a discovery call last week:
"I can't tell if the business is growing or just getting busier."
I had never heard it phrased like that before.
Understanding the difference between the two is incredibly important.
@pjmcgeary Only one I might disagree on is the B+. Might be able to be developed with the right plan. Maybe give 30 days with a plan, and if no improvement let go?
It's not often a client teaches ME a great process without even realizing it.
He looked at the last 20 or so texts from his employees to see what he spent his time responding to.
How many were project updates?
Permission requests?
Repeat questions?
"Can I..." "Should we..." "What do you want me to do here?"
And the worst "Can't remember, what did you say....?"
He realized there's just a bunch of repeats, simple requests or decisions that could have been handled by one of his managers.
So I adopted it as a new process. π₯³
Your job as CEO/Founder is to build a sellable business even if you never have any intention of selling.
Why?
Because life happens when you least expect it.
Words I refuse to use now:
Bottleneck
Fractional
Methodology
Integrator
Leverage
Streamline
The hard part is knowing how to leverage AI to streamline operational bottlenecks through a methodology only a Fractional Integrator is familiar with.
