@BradleyRWolfe Thanks for pointing this out. I have been looking for an alternative solution to traditional mortgage. This caught my attention with the whole BTC PR. After unpeeling the layers, it became clear the risks that borrowers take with PRN balance maintenance, which can be rugpulled.
