To get good animations from an AI you need to get good at telling it what you want:
- "stagger this list of items"
- "make this animation direction-aware"
- "spacial consistency", "crossfade", "layout animation",
I made a motion vocabulary for this:

IT WORKS LIKE A CHARM!!
One issue I kept running into with orthographic cameras was that terrain height barely felt noticeable.
My fix? Adding a tiny camera rotation based on player movement >:)

The internet needs more websites like this
Delphi Tools is a huge collection of genuinely useful design/dev utilities that are:
• completely free
• no login
• no ads
• no tracking
• runs locally in your browser
QR generators, background remover, palette tools… just fast tools that work without trying to steal your data
Excited to share a new vibe coded prototype: an interactive lesson on ants and their habitat, designed for elementary school students.
AI allowed me to finalize this demo quickly.
Some educational details still need review, but the main chambers of an anthill are all represented.
Everything was made in @omma_ai , a @splinetool product.
What's inside:
- 3D models created with Omma, all I needed was one image of the anthill's exterior and another of its cross-section to generate both 3D models
- Clouds done with sprites
- A custom shader mask to reveal the inside of the anthill
This was a really fun one to work on!

(non, ce n'est pas une Méta-Loi 😛)
Un domaine d'étude passionnant, et qui répond à quelques-unes de mes questions sur les GUIs 🤯
Wild what's possible now: I can ship a 3D experience prototype to a museum in a single afternoon.
Everything coded and generated with Omma, leveraging AI to iterate fast.
3D models generated in Omma. Scene built on top of Three.js. Prompted for dissolving shaders + particle systems?
It seem a lot of people discovered and liked Apex !
131 people shared their lap times in the game, but yet I remain undefeated.
Thank you very much for your time and enjoy

The fact this is just something you can MAKE in Subnautica 2 still blows my mind, even though I've been playing with it for months now.
Show me your bases so far!!!
Introducing Interfaces
A design engineering magazine about building great interfaces.
A new issue is released every month covering topics across animation, typography, layout, color and everything else that makes an interface feel great.

A high-ROI tip from https://t.co/RP4FIdUrS8 is to record your animations and play them frame by frame to spot imperfections you wouldn’t otherwise notice.
These hidden imperfections are what makes an animation feel off, even though it looks alright at first glance.

Happy weekend everyone!
A month ago, we welcomed Vitsœ into our home to photograph our shelves – beautifully captured by Kasia Bobula.
The Voice feature shares the story behind Counterprint and our love of books, typography and timeless design.

i had to recreate this parallax bar component from @linear's homepage. i should have used @motiondotdev for this. sigh.
for the control panel i'm using a stylized version of DialKit by @joshpuckett. it's so cool to see it change realtime. it does make life a lot easier.
