Standard Bank Namibia has launched URewards, a debit card cashback programme that returns money to customers’ accounts monthly.
Customers earn cashback when using their Standard Bank Mastercard debit card for transactions such as groceries, fuel, and retail purchases. The cashback is calculated monthly and paid directly into customer accounts.
According to Standard Bank Namibia, the programme is part of its approach to encourage digital transactions through channels such as the mobile app.
Standard Bank Namibia stated that the programme is intended to support customers by returning value on routine spending.
