@RicardoArbuluMD@UPMCMercyIM@ramiediaz I believe that “E” represents E. coli. But regardless wouldn’t often use those first gens for gram neg coverage. Also of note, the larger red “E” = enterococcus as mentioned so if the red E is by that box, it’s covered!
