@PSGINT_ How is the Premier League at fault? I don't get it. Are the teams supposed not to spend the money they generate? Is it their fault it's the most watched product, and people are most interested in it, including fans, players and coaches? Like how is anyone at fault for that
@kingyoungwizzy Prem teams have money now; they have no reason to sell. They can put whatever price they want. The quality of the player does not determine his price.
@Ellis_ They are not cooking anything. The big teams that pay the money do. 'Small teams' don't really need to sell anymore, so they can put whatever price they want. It's the big teams' readiness to pay that destroys it, since they want the success now.
@UtdMaI Not only quality determines the price. If the club does not need to sell, that's pretty much all that matters. They can ask for whatever absurd price they want. And if someone pays, good. If no one does, also good.
@Footballera0 They can demand as much as they want because they don't need to sell. They have money now, and they can dictate the market. They either get to keep their best players or get an unreal amount for them. No reason to sell for less.
@briecee2@Juanosgx@Footballera0 They cannot do that since they actually need/would benefit from the money. The prem teams don't need them anymore, so they don't want to sell their best players. Therefore, they can put as ridiculous price as they want to.
@HotspurCaIIum Okay then that's alright. But I doubt most fans are like you. And it just sends the wrong message which as we see leads to even worse results.
@OliverFlorenc11@ToffeesGlasgow@SpursOfficial But leaving in the middle of the game doesn't save you the money, does it?
It just shows you won't be there if they lose. That's not what a fan is supposed to be.
If you want to send the board a message don't go to the game at all, so they don't get the money.
@stfc4lyf @SpursArmyTweets That's not relevant.
Leaving in the middle of the game doesn't show anything but 'if you lose I'm not supporting you'.
Either don't go or stay the whole game. The board is where the anger should be aimed at, and leaving but still giving them the money is not that.
@SpursArmyTweets Either don't go at all, or stay for the whole game.
The board gets the money, but the players don't get the support if you leave. Wrong message. "If you win I'll stay, if you lose I will not."
@Christianjw92 Although I agree it's different, I don't think leaving at half-time saves them ยฃ75.
It's the wrong message, it says if you win I'll stay, if not I'll leave.
The message should be aimed at the board(not buying the tickets).
Either don't go at all, or don't leave.
@TottenhamTiers@FA_PGMOL Why do they never acknowledge whether the defender is in the air or not?
Romero and Dragusin were both pushed in the air which makes it impossible to keep balance(unless you are superman)
Gabriel got "pushed" while on the ground where he could easily oppose forces.. Unreal
@InvertTheWing He just didn't... the players did. What we saw in the beginning was his setup, not the second half. The second half just showed how good the players could be if they were allowed to play to their strengths.
@TheSpursExpress We see it every game. We start with Frank setup and tactics. Then the players get pissed and start playing how they want to. It's a sudden burst. You can't possibly think the manager has anything to do with it. And then people will say the players are shit..
@xAlexTHFC We see it every game. It's a burst of energy that comes from the players. But they can't play like that the whole game with these tactics and setup.. It's just so obvious how much better that team could be, even now with all the injuries.
@InvertTheWing How is it possible a keeper to be that bad when facing long shots? He always looks so small. Like unless the shot is right at him he can't do anything.
