You won't believe this one but it's true.

Nizar Trabelsi, a Tunisian migrant in Belgium, planned a terrorist attack on American🇺🇸 personnel at a military base and at the American embassy in Brussels.

He was caught before he could enact the attack. Soon after, it was discovered that fourteen other Al-Qaeda terrorists in Belgium wanted to break Trabelsi out of prison using heavy weapons and explosives.

Long story short, the U.S. demanded Trabelsi be extradited to the U.S. for planning a terrorist attack on American personnel. Trabelsi was eventually extradited, but subsidised leftist NGO's fought the extradition in court and a leftist judge decided the extradition infringed Trabelsi's human rights "because it could not be guaranteed the U.S. would treat Trabelsi humanely". The judge argued Trabelsi risked life in prison without parole in the U.S., which would be "inhumane".

Trabelsi was taken back to Belgium and released. Yesterday, news leaked that the Belgian government, on orders of the judges, awarded Trabelsi with €90.000 and €350.000 in 'damages'.

What makes this even crazier is that these same judges are not worried about human rights when teenagers are given prison sentences for 'racist memes'. In Western-Europe, literal terrorists are protected while peaceful nationalist activists are being hunted down.

Taha Oualidat was a 17 year old Moroccan boy, when he travelled to France, via Spain, on a tourist visa in summer 2019.

Soon after he arrived he raped a young French woman. She did everything right - she reported the rape and she testified despite the trauma of doing so because she wanted to ensure this did not happen to anyone else. Substantial DNA and other evidence meant he was convicted and given a 7 year sentence in 2021.

Taha applied for early release, and after serving just 3 years of his sentence he was sent to a deportation centre on June 18, 2024 and told to go back to Morocco.

But Taha did not want to go back and Morocco did not want him back. So they did not issue papers enabling him to return and the detention centre set him free.

A few days later, a quiet 19 year old economics student, Philippine Le Noir de Carlan, left a lunch at 2pm and was due to meet her parents. She was found strangled in a park in Paris by her parents who had tracked her phone.

Taha was arrested for the murder, as he tried to flee to Switzerland. He has claimed that he is not fit to stand trial due to mental issues, but a court has recently found him to be of sound mind. He will face a murder charge and a possible life sentence.

Taha should have been nowhere near Paris. He should still have been in prison for rape. Or have been sent back to Morocco. Fewer than 10% of all those “deported” actually get sent back.

The “justice system” in France is as bad as that in the UK. They literally have blood on their hands.

🇬🇧 A girl in the UK was trafficked at age 11 by a rape gang and raped by over 500 men.

She went to police about it multiple times. They refused to do anything, but prosecuted her for prostitution.

She was one of the victims of rape gangs in Telford, where over 1,000 girls were abused by mostly Pakistani Muslim gangs.

In 2018, a Dutch court gave an Afghan asylum seeker a lower sentence for raping a disabled 18-y-old woman so that he wouldn’t risk getting deported.

The prosecutor demanded the migrant receive 24 months in prison, but he received 20 instead, with the court admitting that the lighter sentence was handed out so he wouldn’t risk his residency permit & get deported

The judge said he didn’t ”want that the punishment led to far-reaching immigration consequences” for the rapist.

The judge said considerations in his judgement also included the facts that the migrant “came from an unsafe situation in his country of origin” and that he’s building a life in the Netherlands & wants to start a family with his wife.

The victim’s lawyer said “whether or not to lose a residence permit in such a serious crime as rape should not even be a consideration.

A German judge complemented a Syrian migrant during his trial for raping a 15-y-old girl while she was walking home.

The migrant was only given probation as the judge said the migrant had integrated well in Germany & the rape intensity was "at the lower end”

A German man, Paul S, mailed the court and wrote that the judge was "clearly mentally disturbed."

He was fined EUR 5000 for insulting the judge. The Syrian migrant was fined EUR 3000 for raping the girl.
