We participated in this year's CGA track & field. We were represented by Coach Jernade and our only participating athlete, Dennis-Anne. Who did great for her first race of the year.
We'd like to have more females participate in this annual event!
It's important to start taking care of our host planet in order for future generations to survive.
Composting toilets and reusing organic materials is so crucial to our survival and sustainable development.
Organic materials are meant to return to the soil!

Good day to everyone!
We would like to take this time to introduce ourselves and what we do!
We believe that we are playing our part in sustainable development in the sport's infrastructure development.

Last week we took a visit to Kwena Molapo Secondary School. 🏫📍
Our objectives:
✓Teach them about the importance of keeping physically active.
✓Teach about the importance of time management skills.
✓Understand issues the learners have been facing since. #Covid19SA
Lastly, we had the opportunity to engage with the students to understand the social pressures, bullying, their aspirations and social issues which they face.
Issues raised:
•Bullying.
•Gangsterism.
•Single-headed/child-headed households.
•No quality sport's facilities nearby.
@FundamentalDev1@DBE_SA It's an amazing opportunity to expand and include Cross-Curricular learning. Either as an end to a class unit, to extend the class unit or even to introduce a class unit! Physical Education needs to be given more focus and must be prioritized in schools! @WGJS1 has achieved this!
@FundamentalDev1@DBE_SA 100% - not only do learners learn better when they have been doing physical activity, but for many learners it is a preferred learning style. Kids were designed to move. And exercise is an outlet for emotions, endorphins and needed for general health. The @DBE_SA must listen!
Physical Educational Coaches are needed more than ever before.

Keeping active boosts your immune system, mental sharpness and overall well-being. Should this not therefore be a crucial part of our educational system in schools?
Shouldn't all school's have a balance?
Some schools only have children attending class once a week and they play in the streets with their friends. Why not introduce a safe and monitored platform for the kid's to play and train?
Outdoors is the best form of ventilation compared to bars/taverns/restaurants.
