@GWRHelp who thought it was a good design idea to put the main charging points beneath your seat! You either bash your head trying to fumble for the socket, or end up needing a chiropractor, not good

@GWRHelp why do all your seats in your trains have that horrible bump in the middle. The the train from London Paddington to Weston is absolutely awful, so uncomfortable, it’s all the seats as well
