@DTE_Energy You all have about a 3 hour window this morning to access and fix the damage before it starts raining again. I don’t understand, with modern technology, how you can go 12+ hours without an update and then expect your customers to pay the $250+ monthly bills on time.
@DTE_Energy Ok this is hilarious..#1 the storms that rolled through weren’t even that bad..gusty wind sure ..couple tree limbs down I get it. this is unacceptable in the year 2023. @DTE_Energy we are forced to pay you astronomical amounts of money a month and we can’t even get a update
In November 2022 Michigan Public Service Commission approve a 8% @DTE_Energy rate hike. Maybe instead of bothering DTE with out outage notices we all need to start bothering @MichiganPSC
Maybe they will respond to the energy crisis all DTE customer face
Here’s the thing with @DTE_Energy
It’s a monopoly. It’s not like we can give our business to a different company when we’re dissatisfied with the service we get. So we can complain all we want and nothing will ever change, except for the rate we pay.
@DTE_Energy I have the outage map. That is the screenshot attached to the tweet. The outage map give me no restoration timeframe and tells me that 3% of your customers are without power. I would like a restoration estimate.
@DTE_Energy I could see not having restoration times if there were massive outages. Your website shows only about 3% of your customers are without power
