I’ve used 1/4” T200 foam but I’ve found it to be a bit too flimsy for my liking

You’re not going to see as much through the pvc mesh when it’s dark behind it,

It’s like looking through a window, if it’s dark inside, all you see is your reflection

Fursuit making pro tip: use Press’n Seal to wrap your base before tape patterning it, it’s stretchy and just sticky enough to stay in place, but it doesn’t leave any residue when removed. 1000% better than plastic wrap

3D printable foam is the innovation of the decade as far as fursuit making goes.
Varioshore TPU is ridiculously easy to use.
Light weight, flexible, soft, and durable, this is the perfect stuff to make an indestructible fursuit head base printed to order.
