Val and Angel’s story is loosely based on real life people’s trauma. Real life people have gone through similar things Angel has gone through. If people relate to it and find comfort in it because it makes them feel less alone in their trauma, HOW DARE YOU INVALIDATE THE WAYS PEOPLE COPE WITH THEIR TRAUMA? Fiction is fiction and also an escape for many people. Let’s all stop fighting and enjoy the show 💖
