I get so tired of situations where athletes verbally commit to a school & yet continue to visit other schools & wan to be recruited. Whatever happened to the theory that your word is to be solid gold. Look JUST DON’T COMMIT if you r NOT CERTAIN that school is for you .

Congratulations to Firefighter Dave Smith for completing 30 years of full-time service with the PFT. Dave started as a reserve in 1988 and was hired full-time on June 12, 1992. He is still going strong and is the Engineer of Ladder 121 on the B-Shift. Congrats FF Smith.

Girls battled all weekend coming up short in the USSSA Tri-State Championship. Got the 1 seed and had to play 3 games back to back 🙄 lol. 6-1 on the weekend and we went on a 19-2 run over the last few tournaments. Not too bad for a bunch of 11/12 yr olds!
