Really focused on creating more power by striding out farther and getting my hips through before my hands. Working on staying connected, improving my timing, and being more explosive through extension. Lots to keep working on, but I’m excited to continue putting in the work and building on these adjustments. Can’t wait to get back on the dirt this fall!

Some swings from my hitting lesson. Really focused on getting my stride out farther to help me stay closed and not open up early. After this change exit velo was consistently around 59-60 and the balls were FLYING!! Farthest ball was 61.1 mph off the bat and 433ft.
